David's Thesis: "Excesses in Civil Law" is Published by LJDJ (Thesis Prize at the Panthéon-Assas University).

David is also the author of legal handbooks as well as articles and case law comments on law of obligations that have been amongst others published in different legal publications ("Semaine Juridique", "Contrats, Concurrence, Consommation" ...)

David is also in charge of the weekly chronicles on the law of obligations and the law of guarantees for the on-line review Lexbase, and is also the scientific Manager for the civil liability database.
