The lawyer must facilitate the ever more rapid treatment of business. Today, no person acting in good faith, whether a Company or an individual, can tolerate never-ending lawsuits.

However, this search for solutions must never compromise the clients' rights. For that reason, lawyers guarantee the confidentiality of discussions and negotiations.

Nevertheless, lawsuits are sometimes inevitable. Lawyers must then plead with respect for their clients' fundamental interests, that is to say without weaknesses but within the limits of ethical practice.

Hascoët et Associés undertakes to follow those directing principles.
